Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cordolo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Cordolo for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.

Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
• Company owners are responsible for who they invite and for activity in their company's account.
• Keep your invite code private. Anyone with it can join your company as a crew member.

Free trial and billing

• New companies get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed to start.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, based on the number of active jobsites in your plan.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.

Your content

You own the photos, documents, and information you add to Cordolo. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you and your company.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for making sure crew members agree to having their photos tagged with time and location.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cordolo to:

• Upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have rights to.
• Access another company's data or try to break the service's security.
• Overload the service or use it to send spam or malware.
• Resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Permits and records

Cordolo helps you store and share permits, photos, and task records, but it does not replace official permit documents or legal requirements. You are responsible for meeting building codes, inspection requirements, and keeping any records your jurisdiction requires.

Availability

We work to keep Cordolo available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cordolo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or go unpaid. After cancellation you can request an export of your data for 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify account owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Cordolo after that means you accept the new terms.
